1. Your images stay on your device

ForgePX processes images in your web browser using the Canvas, FileReader and Blob APIs. Compression, conversion, resizing and background removal all run on your device. Your images are not uploaded to our server, and we cannot see them.

2. What we collect

You don't need an account to use ForgePX, and the tools don't ask for your name or email address.

• If you email us. When you contact us at the address below, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep it in our mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your message.
• Hosting logs. The site is served through Cloudflare. Like most hosting and network providers, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We don't use an analytics service.

3. Cookies and advertising

ForgePX does not currently show ads and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

In the future we may show ads served by Google AdSense. If we do, this policy will be updated before the ads go live. In that case, third-party vendors, including Google, would use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

4. Browser storage

ForgePX doesn't save your images or settings in localStorage, IndexedDB or cookies. When you close or reload the page, the images you were working on are gone.

5. Third-party resources

When you download several files as a ZIP, your browser loads the JSZip library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. As with any file your browser requests, that provider receives standard request information such as your IP address. Your images are not sent to it; the ZIP file is built on your device.

6. Children's privacy

ForgePX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
